Tosa Skateboarders United will be hosting an event with Pro Skater Greg Lutzka on Saturday, July 2, 2016 from 11am-5pm at the Tosa Skatepark. Greg will be available from 12pm-2pm for a Meet and Greet. BelAir Cantina will be on site, reviving their famous skater-inspired TSU360 taco. Co-sponsored by Phase II Skateshop and Crime Lab Skateboarding, the event will feature prizes, contests, music, food and open skating.
Greg Lutzka is a professional skateboarder who grew up in the Midwest but at the age of 18 moved to Southern California, the Mecca of the action sports world. He is known for his technical skills and has the distinction of being the only skater to have won the Tampa Pro three times. His accolades also include The Maloof Money Cup, being a two-time X-Games gold medalist with exceptional showings at multiple Dew Tours. Lutzka has the reputation of being one of the hardest working skateboarders. During the course of his career he has been featured in renowned videos for Almost & Darkstar skateboards, Globe Shoes and Oakley Eyewear. Greg has cross branded himself with other companies, including Harley Davidson. When asked about the Tosa Skatepark event, Greg said “I’m really excited to come back home to the Midwest to give back and support the local community of Tosa skateboarding”.
